Roger Cleveland:
Callaway
Golf Chief Club Designer.
He founded Cleveland Golf in 1979 making
replicas of
classic golf Clubs from the 1940’s and 1950’s. Cleveland
sold his golf club company to
Rossignol, the
world’s largest
ski manufacturer.

Ron Sirak: Golf Digest Magazine Senior Writer, Golf World
Executive Editor. In the
Golf
Digest. Sirak has a terrific piece
about the
USGA bailing on
NBC and hooking up with
Fox,
in what seems to me to have been a financially beneficial
but
emotion driven move by the
USGA to quit NBC and
move to FOX. Golf on FOX?

David Hayes and John Morrissett:
Simple Golf Rules,
these two men, who have worked for the
USGA, got me
with this statement from their website
SimpleGolfRules.com.
"While working for the USGA, we became hardened to
the
cries (or whining, as we viewed them somewhat snobbishly)
to
simplify the Rules of Golf."
But they got past their protectionist position
and came to
the conclusion that the rules could be made easier to
understand, easier to read and be possibly less intimidating
for new
comers!!!
